About Us

Support Workers

Our Support Workers are at the heart of what we do. They provide direct care and support in people’s own homes, helping with personal care, daily living tasks, routines, independence, and overall wellbeing. Their work is practical, compassionate, and centred on helping people feel safe, respected, and comfortable in their own home.

Just as importantly, Support Workers build trust through regular contact, kindness, and dependable support. They work to clear care plans and routines, and they are trained, supervised, and supported so they can provide care with confidence, dignity, and consistency.

Senior Support Workers

Our Senior Support Workers provide experienced support and day-to-day leadership within the care team. They help maintain high standards in practice, support good communication across the service, and provide guidance to frontline staff so that care is delivered safely, respectfully, and in line with each person’s agreed plan.

This role also brings an added layer of oversight and reassurance. Senior staff help encourage consistency, model good practice, and support a culture of accountability, kindness, and professionalism as the service grows.

Care Coordinators

Our Care Coordinators help keep the service organised, responsive, and person-centred. They play an important role in planning care, coordinating rotas, matching staff to the right packages of support, and helping to make sure each person receives care that is safe, reliable, and suited to their needs and preferences.

They also help review arrangements as needs change. This means working closely with the management team to support continuity of care, respond to concerns, and make sure support remains well planned, well managed, and dependable for the people we serve.

Training and Development

We are committed to preparing staff properly before they work independently. All staff complete induction and core training, including safeguarding adults, health and safety, infection prevention and control, moving and handling where required, medication support where applicable, equality and diversity, data protection, and first aid. Staff only carry out tasks they have been trained and assessed as competent to perform.

Learning does not stop after induction. We support staff through regular supervision, spot checks, performance reviews, and ongoing training linked to the needs of the people we support. Senior staff also receive additional leadership support. Our aim is to help every member of the team grow in confidence, competence, and professionalism over time.

Health and Safety

We believe care staff need support as well as responsibility. The Statement of Purpose says staff have the right to work in a safe and supportive environment, to receive induction, training, and supervision, and to raise concerns without fear of unfair treatment. It also says staff are protected through fair contracts, supervision, whistleblowing procedures, grievance procedures, and a culture of openness and accountability.

That matters to us. We want people who join our team to feel secure in their role, clear about expectations, and confident that they will be supported to do their work well. Good care depends on good leadership, clear communication, and a workplace culture where people are treated fairly and encouraged to speak up.
